A great picture on the wall

We had the worst experience at the ETTE hotel, I didn't knew my wife picked a 5 star hotel until I looked into it because we had problems every days, I was shocked it was a 5 stars hotel because we do a lots of them and this is definitively nothing like the 5 stars hotel luxury and service !!! I am going to address a complaint to get their stars removed. We had a very noisy AC for two days, so after a day at Disney coming back around 12-1am exhausted they had to change us room in the middle of the night. Then the room they moved us had no heating so we called front desk but they didn't had an engineer in site so they send desk guy to troubleshoot ; he could not get it to work so they brought little portable heaters !!! We never ever experienced this anywhere ever - TV remote would not work unless you are by the TV and it wasn't a battery issue, so every time you wanted to change channel or turn TV on off, raise lower volume you had come out of bed and walk right by the TV so we never got to watch TV. We got to talk to the owner and he offered us a free breakfast LOL ; THAT's the 5 stars hotel service here. For 7 days staying there that's a joke, owner did NOT care at all about our concerns he told us we could leave if we were not happy so we are doing just that, I never left an hotel in the middle of a trip before... They also ripped us up with their taxi fair from airport of $200, get Uber guys ! Regarding stars I read today that hotels in US can assign stars to themselves as there is no regulating body. We ate at their " Michelin " restaurant to find out it wasn't real Michelin, cook is not a Michelin cook but they know someone that has a Michelin star that helps them with their menu. We did pay Michelin prices though LOL, the whole thing is a scam, pretend, pretend pretend. They are advertising their hotel using Michelin name, I am French give me a week I'll have a talk to Michelin directly ! That's going to wipe the smirk out of her face for sure... Today I told the other owner, a lady this time that I was going to complain and get some of her stars removed and she smiled had a smirk on her face and she said thank you ; what the hell !!! Just very rude people. Owners are Persians, STAY AWAY - I found out in United Stated every body can call their hotel 5 stars because there's no governing body like in Europe that was a shock to me, look it up online -

My experience at the ette hotel was amazing! I was invited for a company dinner and i really enjoyed myself. The hotel smelled so good upon entering and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Our server was very informative and knowledgeable. He told a story with each things he brought to us that was on the menu. The food was amazing! It was a great fine dining experience. I don't really care for red meat but for this occasion i tried it, and it was bad at all. The bathrooms were so luxury, and looked very clean. I would recommend eating at this restaurant to anyone that wants a nice fine dining experience or a perfect date night .

Came here for afternoon tea at Salt and The Cellar. This hotel has free self service parking. The hotel is absolutely beautiful!! You can definitely see the quality and difference upon walking in. Staff was friendly in pointing us in the right direction. Not only was there a great lobby area you could relax in but the restrooms were fancy! They are dark but I was just so impressed with the cleanliness and quality of soap and towels. They even have floss and mouth wash! The laundry area is the Laundry Museum and is behind a full glass window that you can view perfectly clean and folded towels and even watch the staff folding them. This would definitely be on my list to stay one day.

Wow! Just wow. What a stunning hotel. The entire staff made what was already an incredible stay best in class. Mariela and Alejandro at the front desk made check in/check out a breeze. Maryella in the spa was so wonderful checking on us throughout our spa service. Taby & Alexa provided two of the best massages we've ever had in our life. And Gabriel was a first class manager/server at Akira Back, which was an unforgettable and amazing dining experience for breakfast, lunch AND dinner. Not only was the hotel gorgeous, it was immaculately clean and no design detail or amenity was left out. Thank you for a spectacular stay. We will definitely be back!

My mom loves to partake in high/afternoon tea and I have become a fan, as well. When she planned to be in town, back in October, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to try the afternoon tea at ette. Before I talk about the tea experience, I want to talk about the hotel itself. It is an exquisite boutique hotel located just outside the Disney border. When you first walk in, there is a tranquil, yet indulgent smell. On the ground floor, there is a pool and outdoor lounge area, the lobby, a restaurant, the social room and the book room. While waiting for my reservation time, I peeked into the social room and it is a nice sized room to lounge in for an office gathering or small social gathering. Just outside the book room, there is an offering of several magazines - local and beyond. The wall of the book room was lined with art books and some novels. There were even some options for children. They had several copies of some books, too. In the middle of the room is a big table for you to sit and read. It is definitely an ambiance set for reading a good book or thumbing through a new topic. It was time for our reservation, so I went to the restaurant - xx. Let me start by saying the service was excellent and the food was amazing. We were seated and promptly introduced to Rafael, our server. We learned that it was a team effort. Although, Rafael was our server, several others assisted in bringing out our food and drinks. You have a good selection of teas from which to choose and a detailed description of each. The same goes for a cocktail, if you'd like to partake in that. Each one comes with an exquisite presentation! Raphael paid extreme attention to my mom's allergy and made sure she did not get ANYthing that would cause the allergy. He sat down to understand more and then the chef came out to chat with us. Because of her allergy, my mom decided to try the burger from the lunch menu. When the food came out, Raphael described each piece on the tea experience and told my mom what she should not try. Each course came out in a timely manner and Raphael made us feel like family. The service is splendid. The food delectable. The tea was an experience. I would highly recommend you go experience this cute place for yourself - whether it is lunch, dinner, after work drinks, or the tea experience. If you haven't already tried it, you're missing out!

The ette Hotel is the definition of hotel perfection. I am writing this review at the end of a 4 night stay and I truly don't want to leave. Every detail was taken care of and the King Wellness Suite I stayed in was an oasis of chill. It was so great that I invited friends over because it was an unbeatable environment that I wanted to brag about. The dinner and drinks I had at Salt and The Cellar by Akira Back was amazing and the Sunday Afternoon Tea was a highlight. The Pool with its outdoor shower and separate bathrooms gave me a chance to tune out the world for a few hours. A huge thanks to the two owners, Sheila and Alex who are constantly on site to take of any need. I cannot wait to come back!!

So wonderful!! It feels so good! Everyone we met was super nice! The outside looks a little run down (broken and flapping sign, lack of attention to landscaping). The problems we experienced with our unit included: 1. Broken bathtub faucet. 2. Broken air conditioner. 3. Non-working outlets, making it impossible to use a computer in some locations in the unit. 4. No internet when we most needed it (it was down for a day). 5. Roaches (in two different units) You really don't want to be in Florida without air conditioning. When the AC broke, the maintenance man came up right away and diagnosed the problem. He said he could fix it but it had to be off overnight before he could do that. They moved us to a different unit for the night -- they would not consider moving us permanently, so we slept in the other unit and kept our stuff in the original unit and moved back the next day. It was very inconvenient. We saw a very large roach in the first unit just before the AC broke. For that reason I was glad to be going to a different unit. However, we saw another roach (a juvenile) in the second unit as soon as we got there. And they were bold roaches! Clearly, there had to be a serious infestation for us to be seeing them that quickly. Once we got our AC working, the internet went down for a day. At this point, we really didn't want to stay much longer. The bathtub faucet was fixed quickly, but we ended up not using it because of the time it took. The non-working outlets were never addressed. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This hotel is perfect if you're going to Disney and don't want to stay at one of the resorts but want some resort perks. The perks I found convenient was the shuttle and being able to go to the parks before it officially opens. For the shuttle they give you a schedule for the parks so you know when you need to get there. And they have complimentary breakfast and have daily kickbacks from 5:30-7:30pm where you get 3 alcoholic beverages, or just unlimited sodas/juice, and random food items you can make a complete dinner out of. Housekeeping was always really nice, they came to our rooms daily and refreshed our towels and such. The pool was nice and clean as well. The employees there were very nice and helpful to direct us as it was our first time there. We did order pizzahut while there and food from the kitchen and bar. Both were pretty decent just the kitchen and bar food was expensive as expected. I will say although I did love the shuttles, I did not use it my second night. I think it's great for getting there and if you're doing half a day coming back in the afternoon is fine. But if you're coming home during closing it could be very hectic. At Disney there's a spot where you wait for your shuttle we and one other family were one of the first ones there and almost didn't get on the shuttle because they let all the ones who came after before us. And the other family was in a wheel chair so I felt they should've gotten on first. I did love that there was no resort fee however there was a parking fee. If you are military I would recommend asking if there's a discount as if you book online there is one. We didn't know that so they gave us a discount with parking. Our rooms were spacious for a family of 5 with two queens and a couch. We requested a playpen and it was brought to our room after check in. It had a sheet and came with a tiny blanket. The bathroom was decent. There were some spots where I felt it showed its age not a cleaning issue. All and all I would probably stay here again. It saved some money for our family as meals and with the shuttle parking for one of the days.

We were in Florida just after Hurricane Emma. We are senior citizens and we were staying at one of the pricey resorts and scheduled to check out Sunday morning at 10 am. As it turned out turned out I had to take my wife to the hospital at 2:00 am that same morning. She had to have emergency surgery and was going to be hospitalized for a week or more. Before her surgery and because I had to check out by 10 am and that was when the surgery was scheduled, I went to the resort and explained the situation. I was told that if I wanted to stay there I would have to pay triple what I originally paid. I said thank you very much and checked out. I found the Budget Inn East less than a mile from the hospital. When I went in, I was informed that they had offered the inn to FEMA. When I explained my predicament the manager said he would be very happy to help me. He gave me an excellent weekly rate and I moved in so to speak. After my wife was released from the hospital she was told she could not travel for another week or so. So I brought her back to the Budget Inn. The manager and his staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond in seeing that my wife was comfortable during our stay. I pray that none of you have to stay for the reasons I did, but I highly recommend this motel. And it is conveniently located.

We love the set up of the villa especially with it being for 4 adults - Me, my hubby, my mom, and dad! We didn't have to be stuck in one hotel room. We had perfect space where we didn't have to be on top of each other. We had a downstairs open living room, dining area, small kitchen, and a bathroom with shower downstairs. The couch even has a bed in it if one needs it. Upstairs is two bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom with bath tub. One bedroom had two double beds and one bedroom has a king sized bed. The beds were very comfy, the sheets and comforter were cozy. Only thing was the pillows were very small. We had a view of the creek which was nice and nature-y! The pool was nice along with two small hot tubs which were not hot. They have a park and big grassy area for our dog to play. We were not able to walk the boardwalk and gazebo which looked really nice. At the end, customer service was weird because the person I called to extend my check out an hour didn't know we existed. He said it was because Booking.com and their system did not communicate. Also, I asked for two towels and they brought us two rolls of toilet paper. I was like What?! At least our receipt matched our quote from Booking.com. All in all, we loved our clean roomy villa and would recommend staying here.
