He has failed to provide the services he promised. When asked for a refund I have been met with intimidations and name calling. I make this post to try and help others and hopefully prevent future headaches. Mike you have posted an apology on two pages they have been seen and heard however there are two sides to the story. I truly hope this post helps others and they will have better luck than me with snow removal and landscaping.
