I called several agents but they were not helpful. Then I found Dean Chung who was so helpful. He told me the best way to get here and he spent two full days showing me homes. He narrowed the search so we didn't waste any time. On the second day I found my home. Dean always returned my calls and helped make the move a smooth transition. He answered my questions and always was available. I am now in that home and am enjoying it. I am grateful for his kindness and professional approach. Dean is an example of what a good agent is in today's hectic real estate world.

When I moved into one of their rental properties, the house was dirty. There was thick layers of…read moredirt/grime/dust on all the baseboards and stacked in all the corners. The popcorn ceilings had dust hanging from them, and the vents were covered in dust. The yard had bulk trash in it and the fence was falling over. The door frames were barely attached to the walls and the windows were not sealed. I sucked it up and went with it because I had no other choice at the time. The house was listed as a home with a dish washer. I pointed out multiple times that it was not usable and that it cycled sand through it. Never got fixed. The only reason the bulk trash and fence ended up getting taken care of was because the city of Fort Pierce sent a letter giving them a certain amount of days to fix the tragic state of the outside of the house. Fast forward 2 years, they raised the rent to an outrageous price. I reached out to my property manager and expressed my concern considering the home is not even close to worth what they were trying to get per month. Demanded certain things get fixed before I agreed to the new cost. They sent a handy man out and even he was shocked that the repairs I had requested hadn't been taken care of yet. Thankfully, an opportunity came up where I was able to move. I gave my notice and requested that the property manager come do a walk through with me to ensure I got my FULL security deposit back. Of course, she refused and said it was not protocol. I deep cleaned the house and made some repairs (that were NOT my responsibility) to the house before I moved out. The house was in 100x better shape than it was when I had moved in. Cleaner, on the inside AND the outside. I requested AGAIN that the property manager come do a walk through with me before I officially moved out to make sure everything was on the up and up and that I could get my entire security deposit back. Again, it was refused. Not "protocol." 2 weeks after I moved out, I had not heard from anyone about my deposit, so I reached out. I was told that they were taking $329 out of my security deposit for a repair to the handle of the toilet in one of the bathrooms (one of the repairs I had requested through the handyman), a leak coming from a faucet OUTSIDE, and a "hole" left in the wall of the garage. I had asked for an explanation of why a leak was my responsibility, for pictures of this "hole," and and explanation of the toilet handle because I had requested that repair way prior to moving out. All explanations were refused and pictures were refused. I was told I would have the chance to "dispute" the charges. Unfortunately, I was in a position where I didn't have time to go through a process of who knows how long to fight with them. So I was forced to email them saying I "accept" the charges so they'd send what was left of my deposit. Let me make it clear, that o personally liked my property manager. But the company itself and the owners of the home? Trash. I fully believe my property manager had her hands tied and was merely just the messenger. Unfortunate that a company puts their employees in a position where they are forced to be the bad guys. I hope my $329 helps the owners out because clearly they needed it more than I did.
