St Lucie Title Services refused to provide us with copies of documents, needed to assist the buyer, documents that all other title companies and title attorneys provide a Realtor, saying that the buyer's Realtor and Transaction Coordinator do not represent the buyer in any way and are not entitled to see the title commitment, lien/permit searches or HOA estoppel. Come to find out, the day before closing, that they never did any searches, so our buyer could very well have purchased the property with open permits and code violations that he would have to take care of when he subsequently sells this property. We definitely were not treated the way this company represents itself on their website. Extremely disappointing.
