I have had to wait for 1 1/2 months for a repairman to come. He told me that he would have to order parts to repair it which will take a 30 to 45 days before they will be able to schedule him to come back which may take another 30 days. Havertys should be ashamed for selling such low-quality furniture and especially for selling repair policy which is turning into a rip off.

When you special order furniture from ANY STORE, you open yourself up to a myriad of problems. I've been through it. Don't blame the locals, they're at the mercy of the manufacturer.
