I wasn't sure where to begin with buying home insurance for my first property in Florida…read more Hurricanes, floods, and a difficult dog breed all left me reeling as it seemed like no policy would work out. I contacted Anakarina and a few other agents with plenty of questions. In the end, I found her to be the most helpful and responsive to our case. She created a bundle of two policies to cover our needs. Even though we've already signed off on those and closed on our house, Anakarina continues to follow up with new changes that come through and is always available to answer even more of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anakarina for anyone looking for insurance!

Long story short: Anakarina Callejas saved me $1,702 for home insurance in 2016. (Hazard insurance / home insurance and wind insurance / hurricane insurance) Her reviews on Yelp look this good for a reason. She is professional, engaged, and just all around on top of it for tracking down competitive rates in Miami and making it happen. She even made the process effortless for me (by working directly with my mortgage company to switch to new policies and cancel / get refunds for the pending year's coverage with my previous insurers). 5 minutes. If you can make yourself overcome resistance to dealing with the topic of insurance long enough to call and find out what Anakarina Callejas can do for you, I can't imagine you will be disappointed.

I'm not one to normally write reviews but I can't go without recognizing "Just Insurance Brokers"…read morebut especially Ana Maria Arenas. I had the unfortunate event that my home owners insurance with AVATAR filed for bankruptcy on 3/13/2022 and I had an open claim. With an open claim no insurance company will even give you a quote with the exception of Citizen. Ana Maria went above and beyond to make sure that I completed all necessary inspections, paper work and the application correctly so that I wouldn't have any issues. She held my hand, lend me her shoulder to cry on was more than patient with me with all of my phone calls and questions. Ana Maria is a true human that is not only doing this as her job but she actually cares for you. The end result was positive and Citizen approved our home owners insurance. I couldn't of completed this process with out the knowledge and kindness of Ana Maria and the Just Insurance Brokers. Without a doubt and blindfolded, I highly recommend this company for any of your insurance needs.

Coming from Michigan and having owned Florida condos for the past five years, I have seen how very much purchasing homeowners insurance in Florida has changed. I can say that Elizabeth Barcelo has been a delight to work with. She and Roy Melendez have been very attentive to my concerns and have gone above and beyond to procure the best coverage for the very best pricing. My husband and I have worked with at least three other agents over the past years who also could quote Allstate Insurance but Elizabeth's enthusiasm in helping us out resulted in saving us several hundred dollars for better coverage through Allstate. THAT is what senior citizens like us consider white glove, ten star treatment!!! We thank you for having such highly skilled and service oriented agents on your staff who return calls promptly, give legitimate answers to questions and go WAY out of their way to give the VERY best quote....that's Elizabeth Barcelo! We thank you and we DEFINITELY thank her! You will be our number one suggestion to all we know for the best insurance quotes in town..... Keith & Margaret Baker Deerfield Beach, Florida
