I received a quote from Mey and she went over all the details and took the time to get to know my personal life, priorities and goals. It felt very personable and comfortable. I never felt pressured to sign anything. In fact, when I received a quote from a competitor, she didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed. She offered to sit with me to go over the quotes and compare. To my surprise, the competitor offered me what I wanted verbally, BUT on paper, I received a quote for something different. I was mis-led in to thinking I was getting the coverage I needed for a low cost. It would have left my family with less coverage than I was told. I can't imagine having the worst happen to me and leaving my family in need because they received less than what I invested & planned for. And STILL, Statefarm's quote was more affordable compared to the "mid-leading" quote I received from a competitor. Im really happy with my choice and was even able to afford an investment policy for my son's future. Life insurance is a sensitive topic but necessary.
