This agency is unorganized and unprofessional. Take my advice and stay away from any Jim Diaz State Farm.

If you tell the person who answer to have the Agent call you they won't call you back, instead they will e-mail you not call you. They have also made mistakes and not follow-up on stuff so because of that mistake my Mortgage is going to go up 1,000. This was because of a cancelation that was made months ago and I have been trying to call but only can communicate via e-mail. Very frustrating and starting to scare me if there are any issues. The good is that they are close to my House though there is no where to park.

I called a few places from driving around and after searching high and low and getting quotes that were in the exorbitant amounts, it was refreshing to find an insurance agent here on Yelp that was able to find quotes that were reasonable, and realistically affordable. Elianne Ramos was able to get me a quote on the same day where as many had me wait at least a day or two, she found all the information she needed for my home and by the time I called her she proceeded to place the insurance on it quickly for me. My transaction was a very easy process for me and I highly recommend her for ALL of your insurance needs. English, or Spanish, she is the agent to turn too. To be honest, I never thought to contact her company but when I asked for a quote of one Yelp asked if I'd like a quote from several and figured "Why not", less people for me to ask the same question of. While ALL sent the same automated response, Elianne followed through with texts, calls and I emailed whatever couldn't be texted for her to do what she needed. For me, she showed initiative and I knew SHE wanted to help me most.
