Horrible customer service. Not willing to help with anything and don't even give a call back. Their excuse is always that they're on vacation or "are very busy". I have nothing but great experiences with this agency. Best insurance at the best price and the entire staff are very welcoming and nice.

Avoid this place. Every time I needed to Change something on my insurance they gave me a poor excuse and lied to me (the system is down, I can't give you more than a quote per day, you can not change your policy more than 1 time per day) they were helpless and liars. Now I have a new agent and she is available for anything 24/7 with no excuses. Do not waste your time here!!!. read more

Sílvia did not return any of my 5 calls to her yesterday. She told me that I needed to send her a signed copy of my contract by midnight the night before.... so I did. I sent it at 6 pm and called her all day Friday to confirm with her. I was told repeatedly she was with a client and would call me right back. I called before 5 pm to make sure I could speak to her before she left for the weekend again she would not answer me. I call today and I'm informed that my policy has been cancelled and Sílvia is gone for the weekend.....but I can pay $170 to start a new policy!!.... even though my insurance was paid until the 16th of next month! The agent I spoke to today told me there was nothing she could do for me and that Sílvia is the manager. The lack of responsibility and respect on Silvias part is appalling to me. She did not even give me the courtesy of letting me know my insurance was cancelled. So, if I hadn't followed up and just assumed I sent the paper and she did her job I'd be driving around with no insurance. There was no "confusion" on my part. The agent I spoke to blatantly lied to me. She very clearly said by MIDNIGHT .... NOT BY 5 PM..... THE "CREDIT" WAS MONEY I ALREADY PAID AND I WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO START A NEW POLICY IT SEEMS YOU ARE AS MUCH OF A LIAR AS YOUR COWORKER read more

Estrella Insurance provided a 5 star recommendation for a home warranty company called "Total Protect" with Offices in Florida. They highly recommended this company. "Total Protect" literal more than 100 major complaints for failure to use good business practices and deceiving it's customer's. Why post this issue here? I believe that when one company endorses another they are responsible to vet them and either not endorse them or make a negative endorsement of the others service. If the endorsement is falsified I apologize and recommend Estrella Insurance contact them for an explanation. I did not do a google search to find Estrella Insurance. "Total Protect" provided a link to them on the consumer complaints forum saying that Estrella said they were extremely satisfied with their service. I'm sure Estrella is a fine insurance company ....but if there is a working relationship between them and Total Protect...be Leary... Lastly...dont confuse "Total Protect" with "Total Home Protection Warranty Service". Two totally different companies. I wish I could do an N/A for the stars....other than this issue I have no opinion regarding Estrella. read more
