From check-in they work tirelessly to make sure your stay with them is an unforgettable experience. They are supremely knowledgeable about restaurants, things to do, and will give it to you straight like a local. The resort itself offers many things to do including classes, massages, and demonstrations. They will always hold a special place for me because they went the extra mile in everything they did including sending a bottle of champagne to our room for our celebrations. Our two story villa was incredible with a view to die for. The villa itself has a modern interior with a countryside aesthetic mixed within. It felt like a Beverly Hills duplex with the nice wood paneled floors and sleek kitchen/living room areas. Bathrooms were spotless with clean and spacious showers. One of the best parts is their strong A/C system which is a relief in the humid weather. Breakfast is excellent with jamon off the the leg of the boar. Various delicious pastries are also available. There's eggs, bacon, sausage too. Juice, fruits, coffee, and tea are also available. The pool area was also very nice and perfect for the hot weather. There's an area near the pool where dance classes are held and that was cool too. I also took full advantage of their nice clean gym area on the second floor. They've got free weights, swiss balls, and machines. Plus, it over looks the pool area and the rest of the island. I had a lot of fun here. The rooms are well furnished, modern and well maintained. The food service has a vast range in a buffet style but with very efficient service. The pools ( there are about 12!) are all excellent. They arrange with staff that brought the luggage to the room. The reception was spacious and grand. The rooms was very nice with tastefull furniture. The bathroom had to sinks and lots of frosted glas. The shower contained booth a handheld shower and a rain shower. Very nice! The beds was very comfortable and big. We had a top floor apartment with a view towards the city and mountains. The balcony had a table, two chairs and a sun bed. The kitchen was good and the refrigerator was stuffed with drinks (at a cost) and water (free of charge). We didn't go for the all inclusive, so we don't have any feedback on the different restaurants as we only booked the breakfast, but that restaurant was AMAZING. Large dining room with several chefs working in an open kitchen were they prepared different dishes a la minuté. You choose the ingredients you desired and then they prepared the food. Each morning during the week there were different items for the breakfast witch kept it interesting each breakfast. The pool area was large with several different pool for all ages. The kids realy loved a pool with a large "balloon" (in lack of better words) on witch they could climb up on, jump and then jump/slide down from. It was so fun they jumped on in for hours (literally several hours) each day. Strategically the hotel had placed a very nice bar in that pool so it was possible to check on you kids and get refreshments. All staff we encountered were very nice, helpful and professional. A friend became light headed and nearly fainted one morning and that really showed how drilled the staff was in emergency situation witch was impressive. I loved this hotel. I was only here for three days in Alcúdia since we went to playa de palma for…read morethe next five.. I wish we stayed here the whole time instead. The staff was purely gracious. Received complimentary drinks from the moment we walked in! Had someone assist us to our room. They have great entertainment a live band every night. Beach was walking distance. The breakfast and dinner was amazing I looked forward to both the whole time. The hospitality in Spain isn't the best they can improve a thing or two, but this place was the epitome of excellent hospitality and class. I would definitely come back.
