The building is extremely quiet, with very minimal noise from the train station which is just next door. The club room and lounge areas are spacious and inviting, which easily rivals some of the nicest hotels I've ever been too. The gym has a great variety of equipment including a Peloton, the lobby is warm and inviting, and the package room is an added plus for those who order a lot of amazon! Moving to the Sheldon was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Yet they didn't take pictures of the roaches that are constantly popping up and we would have never even moved here if we knew that, it's a total deal breaker. Constant trash and drippings of random fluids in the elevator, hallways and outside. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear people coughing, sneezing, opening and closing cabinets and doors, etc... When we first moved in the apartment wasn't even cleaned or sanitized from the last people who lived there. Doorknobs missing, windows are so hard to open, stains on the counters and floors and not even toilet paper holders. The people who run this place obviously don't care about anything except obtaining their money every month and people smoking cigarettes OUTSIDE.

Any smokers will be complained about on or within the property grounds. If you don't completely breakdown your cardboard expect a 3-6 page document complaining about your actions. The whole community is a bunch of snobs and highly opinionated +70 year old people who have nothing better to do but complain. BTW, if you plan to rent. You are not allowed to participate on any HOA meetings to voice your opinion. You can't defend yourself and are at the entire mercy of the owner. Would not ever rent here again.
