Nicolas came by the day after I called and provided a very comprehensive and competitive estimate. Two days later, he and Riley were able to start the work. The job was bigger than expected once they uncovered the full extent of the dead branches but they advised me of the best course of action and completed the job with no issues. They fully cleaned up the job site and hauled away a significant amount of dead branches. The tree looks fantastic with no signs of infection. Crew that planted trees cut through sprinkler line and ripped up section of lawn unnecessarily out of laziness. I left message and got call back a week later and asked if someone could look at the line and fix if possible. Unhelpful and unfriendly woman on phone repeatedly said that invoice states that they aren't responsible for sprinkler system. OK, that is understood. But courtesy would be to look at it and rectify if possible and easy as it was avoidable in this case. Told me someone would look at it and fix it if possible. No one ever came or contacted me about it. Will definitely go with someone else for future service and will advise neighbors and friends to do the same.

It appears dry/aged and should burn hot while putting out nice aromatic smoke for the pizza. They asked in advance about the size needed and cut the wood to fit the oven.
