From day one Mr. Harris showed great interest in my needs and listened patiently to my peculiar litany of needs when mowing, trimming and generally maintaining my yard. He respected my requests and, over the course of these two years that he has never failed to deliver his services exactly to the level of my demanding instructions. He hasn't cut corners, or changed his methods in the delivery of his services, at least not without first consulting with me, explaining politely, succinctly and convincingly why his way was better. I am old and set in my ways, but not so set as to demand a businessman provide a service in a manner that is contrary to his own efficient means of doing business.
