The items included things from multiple generations, so there was a lot to figure out. I thought I had gone through everything and when I would visit during the preparation time, I would see items I had not seen. They were always able to tell me where they found it! Knowing that, of course they found items that they thought were personal items, and they were! We had a cabinet to put not for sale items and they also filled the bathtub with boxes of those sort of items. The house was always well taken care of, and it was nice to know there were people there that I trusted. They were able to get a lot of people to the sale, even most books sold! I was amazed at the amount of traffic they had there for 3 1/2 days! I would highly recommend Brian and his staff to manage any estate sale.

I don't know how I can recommend Pat, RJ, and the rest of the team at All Point Estate Sales more…read more When my stepfather died, they treated the entire process with such dignity and respect that they made us feel like they cared about his stuff as much as he would have. Pat and crew were able to clean out a 5 bedroom house, filled to the brim with collectors items, technology, gadgets, tools, musical equipment, and ham radio gear, books, and computer technology. I was very concerned about missing out on hidden treasures or throwing away something that would later turn out to be very valuable. They were able to research the real value of all of the items and set fair prices. When we told them how much his ham radio equipment had meant to him, they visited ham radio clubs around Dallas and sought expert advice in order to not only get good prices, but to ensure the equipment went to people that would love and respect it as much as he did. They also separated all of the junk from the estate and facilitated it's removal. Pat was unbelievably responsive throughout the entire process and took great care to ensure transparency and respect throughout the process. After deciding that in-house sales had hit their peak, they moved the remaining items to online auctions getting even more returns for us. Thank you Pat, RJ, and the rest of the team for your respect and expertise. If you have recently lost a loved one or are overwhelmed with what to do, please give All Points a call. They will treat you and your estate with a level of respect and kindness like they are a part of your family and help you get the best returns they can.

It would have taken me years to sell or donate everything. Karen and her team did a fantastic job of organizing, displaying and then removing everything from the house once the sale was complete. She has a lot of social media followers and clearly advertises well so the sale was very busy, all 3 days. I'm totally thrilled with the results of the sale and the final clean out of my mom's house. After picking up a few items I went to pay for everything. when I got home I examined the price tags again and realized the lady had added two lines on the one to make it look like a two. No where in their terms state that they can and could change the set prices on items at estate sale. I do not trust them!

**Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Lack of Accountability and Honesty**…read more I genuinely wanted to leave this company a five-star review. Initially, they were communicative, professional, and seemed to do a great job managing my estate sale. Unfortunately, what happened at the end completely changed my opinion of this company. I had a very expensive bicycle that was **NOT FOR SALE**. Per the company's instructions, I covered the bicycle in blue painter's tape with multiple clearly visible labels stating "DO NOT SELL." There was absolutely no ambiguity about whether this item was supposed to be sold. On Friday evening, I moved the bicycle inside my garage for safekeeping. When I returned after the estate sale was completed, the bicycle was gone. I immediately contacted the owner, who assured me that he had spoken with his entire team and was adamant that nobody had sold the bicycle. He repeatedly maintained that no one on his team had seen or sold it. However, after reviewing my home security footage, I discovered video evidence of a customer **walking out of my home with the bicycle during the estate sale**. I sent this footage directly to the owner, clearly showing the bicycle leaving my property. His response? **Absolutely nothing.** No apology. No explanation. No attempt to locate the bicycle. No offer of reimbursement. Not even the courtesy of acknowledging the video evidence I provided. What bothers me most isn't simply that an expensive item I explicitly marked NOT FOR SALE disappeared. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism once the mistake was brought to their attention. If I was told with absolute certainty that my bicycle was never sold, only to discover video evidence contradicting that claim, how am I supposed to trust the accounting and handling of the rest of my belongings? An estate sale company is entrusted with people's valuable possessions, often during significant life transitions. **That trust is everything.** I gave this company every opportunity to address the situation professionally, and instead, I was met with silence. It's incredibly unfortunate because the experience started so positively. But the way a business handles problems says far more about its integrity than how it handles things when everything is going well.. **I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to carefully document their belongings, monitor their property, and understand what recourse they have if something goes wrong.** I sincerely hope the owner chooses to make this right, but as of writing this review, I have received no resolution or meaningful response.
