All their ingredients are local and spent grains are given to farmers for animal feed.
They are experimenting with aging their beers in all types of wine, bourbon, cognac, whiskey barrels. There were barrels with tripels, barley wines, stouts, IPAs, sours (blueberries, peaches, other fruit), and a few others.
