As with other stations in Santiago, it does not have handicapped access. There are automated machines for adding value to your "Bip!" card, turnstiles and maps. The station is quite clean and reasonably well lit. The two platforms are separated with the two tracks running between.
It is on Line 1 (the red line) between Santa Lucia (towards San Pablo) and Baquedano (towards Los Dominicos).
