Decently sized airport considering the small island that it serves. Actually, I was a bit surprised…read more(in a good way) with all of the amenities that were offered at an airport of this size I found that the airport was pretty clean and easy to manage especially if Spanish or Catalan is not your primary language. I have to admit that I was quite surprised that there was smoking lounge inside of the airport. It was kind of nice because the lounge had an exposed room so the lounge was not super smokey (and there was even a coffee bar inside of the lounge). Also, the airport has plenty of comfy waiting area with nice sofas which I think used to be unused VIP lounges. I thought staff (e.g., ticket agents, security agents, and restaurant servers) were pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. All in all, I had a pretty awesome experience with this airport.

We rented a car and our drop off was quick and seamless. Just enough for cafes/restaurants. There is a cafe and WH Smith on the lower level and a bigger Cafe/restaurant on the 2nd. Also saw a pharmacy. Once you clear security these was a decent sized (given the size of the airport) Duty Free Shop. More restaurants (3 cafes and a Pastis spot) and some general merch shops & speciality bakery) Security check was quick and easy. Our agents were friendly and helpful. Overall, a smaller airport that packs a surprising amount of amenities given its size.

We visited 3 beaches on Menorca. This was the very best. The water was clear and debris free…read more All beach amenities can be found at a reasonable price. We paid 23 Euro for 3 beach chairs and an unmbrella.
