No one asked me if a black zipper was OK before they replaced it. Also, the lever at the top of the seat that leans the seat forward was broken by their repair shop and returned to me that way. Since they had the entire seat in the shop, it's unlikely they did not know they broke it. Rudy told me they would have to order the part from a dealership. 5 weeks later, I called to ask if the part had come in yet, as no one had called me. Rudy stated that they had the part, (stating they had been busy), but would pick the seat up a week and a half later. The appointment came and went with no call and no-show. I called Rudy again and he rescheduled for the following morning at 10 AM. My doorbell rang at 9:30. When they took my seat for the second time, no one told me it would be 24 hours before they returned it. The first "repair" had only taken two hours! Once again, their appointment time came and went the next day when they were supposed to re-install with no call and no show. Once again, I called Rudy, this time telling him I was losing my patience. He stated someone was "on their way". Although they are 10 minutes away, it took them an hour to arrive. Upon reinstall with everything working, the repair man left, stating they would expect the other half of the fee by tomorrow. This is after the owner had given a half price reduction for the inconvenience of the broken handle! I had already paid the agreed upon fee 5 weeks prior! Grrrr! All in all, I had to cancel three appointments, take time away from work and call many times to get my seat fixed, (see the photo). If I could give zero stars, I would. Shame on you Factory Finish/Rudy for such terrible customer service and focus. I would not recommend this business and would prefer a root canal without anesthesia than work with them again!

No matter how much I cleaned the car, it has been in desperate need of a makeover. I was accidentally not scheduled on the date we had agreed to. Andy was responsive and apologetic. He arrived alone on the rescheduled date. He was clad in his rain gear and boots. All he needed was access to a hose hook up. All his other tools were already in his vehicle. He mentioned some upgrades but did not push about it. The whole process took a little over 2 hours. Andy did a remarkably thorough job. My car was unrecognizable, completely showroom ready.
