However, Ive used these for years in the USA. Overall wash quality is what I would expect. It'll never be as good as a hand wash, but its also a lot cheaper and faster. And so far I have not noticed any damage to my car. But their prices are expensive. If you go for a single wash, they charge you extra for the self-serve vacuum and mat cleaner. This should be included free. They are only free, if you buy their monthly plan. If you want to do this, then sure, but you need to wash at least 3x per mo to make it worthwhile. For some reason their website now only lets you subscribe to the monthly top tier plan which is super pricey though. Location is pretty convenient and easy to get to. The place itself is a little cramped. You have to make a really sharp turn right before you get to the wash tunnel, so I imagine some longer vehicles may have trouble. If they throw in free vacuum with each individual wash, then they deserve 4 stars. 5 stars is only if the washes are perfect, and it never will be. As-is, they are a solid 3 star car wash.

The sign turned out to be a piece of paper smaller than a business card. She was not polite during any of this. I finally did the scan and went back in line for the car wash. Turns out it's no longer touchless. They replaced it in January. There were no signs. Inside the wash, the signs were unclear as well. No doors to open and close to give you a clue. I didn't know the wash was over so it started soaping my car again. I left with soap over much of my car and had to go home and wash it off with a garden hose. At least the lady behind the counter gave me a coupon for a free wash.

Because of this malfunction, the vehicle behind me--driven by an elderly driver--collided with my car and damaged my rear bumper. Rather than offering an apology, a solution, or even a refund, the manager dismissed the situation by telling me it was simply "an unlucky day" for me and instructed me to contact ICBC regarding the damage. There was absolutely no accountability taken, and the customer service and attitude were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this business ever again!

My car was incredibly dirty before going through, and I got their mid range was just to get some of the bad stuff off. It actually got much more done than I was expecting, considering how dirty my car was to begin with! Things to note: there was still some soap on my car after leaving, so I did have to get out and wipe that off with a cloth. And this is a touch car wash! No scratches on my car, it definitely only touched lightly, but something to keep in mind. I'll most likely return, as it's in a really accessible area for me. But there are some potentially better places if you don't mind driving out a bit!

I have been here a few times and it has been hit or miss. Sometimes my vehicle is perfect, other times it is disappointing and not worth the cost. Today was a disappointing day. My car was relatively clean but I opted for the second option so the console would be cleaned. Unfortunately, the job seemed rushed and I am not satisfied with the smudges and debris left inside and outside of my car (see attached pictures). I went by and dropped off my car for a wash the other day, I got the ultra clean package and left my car. Came back paid $50 and tipped the usual $10, when I got my car back it STANK, like disgusting cheap cleaning spray (sanitary lemon smell), I left my windows down a bit and my sunroof open for a couple of nights after to air it out but the smell persist. I called today to ask what they used to see if I can counter it or see if they can fix it but I was told by a manager "we do not use scented products but you're welcome to come by for another wash" ok?! Sooo I'm crazy? This place has bad service and bad attitude.

The interior clean was also good. They basically wiped down all the surfaces, and vacuumed with a shop vac (i saw them do it). Its not a detailing job, so dont expect a showroom type clean. Its more like a good car wash and interior vacuum at home. For the price, its fine. Better than a drive through wash and self-vacuum for sure, and not a lot more cost. Takes about half hour. The guy I dealt with was friendly and got the job done. If I had to criticize something, its the actual facility and Im taking a star off for that. The car wash lane/tunnel is basically a covered driveway. They wash your car there, then drag a shop vac around to vacuum it. It doesnt have the modern professional car wash appearance with built-in vacuums, neon lights and nice decor. Their waiting room/front office is like a run-down trailer park home of a hoarder. Lots of clutter, messy, dilapidated. They also sell used cars from that office, so there were used car customers there too. Its a really weird juxtaposition with luxury vehicles (for sale) parked in front of this run down building situated in a lot that reminds you of a scrap yard.
