His suggestion for what to be done to remove the sound was disputed by an other garage and this garage was right, it wasn't an clutch replacement that was needed but the exhaust pipe. The service was so poor that I had to complain to FIAT UK, however the service manager just said he wasn't aware of any problem despite I had made very clear I wasn't accepting his claims.
