Their quality Detroit-logo tees and hoodies are quite unique and the staff is helpful and informative if you need any assistance. I particularly enjoy the layout of the store- where everything is clean, bright, and the clothes are folded and displayed properly ;) It really amplifies the shopping experience! The store has a single changing room, not that it really matters but you can try things on and also doodle on the wall if you have some time to spare. There's street parking in front or the back lot for your convenience. Will def be back soon!

The "D" logo is made of felt lettering, which is rare to find in sports apparel. Their prices are reasonable as well, especially considering that their products aren't mass produced and are made in Detroit. Go Tigers and Go SMPLFD!

I went to their Facebook page and saw all of the wonderful work that they've done and do, and they're located right here in the City of Detroit!! Can't get any more local than that. I dropped the backpack off. The owner and I spoke and he said he wasn't able to embroider right on the backpack but gave me the option of doing a patch. I really wanted it on the backpack, but I went with the patch, as I really wanted to spend MY money in MY city! I picked up the backpack today and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! They offer options and always take the time to describe the process and adjustments if any. This year I came in with a 'last minute' project (a tee shirt for my daughter's graduation party) and they were able to turn it around in less than a week in order for me to surprise her with it at the party. Eastern Market Flower Day, Nothing Stops Detroit, and Tigers are heavily featured as are food centric prints. My favorite is a print of hens with a caption of, "Thanks for the eggs, ladies!" Super cute. Prints are a reasonable price ($20-40) given that letterpress equipment is SO expensive. Speaking of the equipment, they've got some bodacious stuff in there. If you're a printmaking nerd like me you will totally get all hot and bothered. Not really an expert? No worries. They also offer workshops and events (lectures and such) that will help you get learned in no time! But if you don't want to do the work they also offer custom orders and such to get you exactly what you want or need.
