With all the 5 star reviews i never thought I'd be writing a bad review . When a company deserves 5 stars i give it to them but this was a huge disappointment for me ! As a stay at home mom of 5 i was excited to find this business only to be let down by poor quality . My first appointment was on November 30th with Julie she did not seem to take her time when doing the pedicure so for the price they charge it was not worth it but i just overlooked that . Then the nail tech cut me and left a cut on my cuticle which hurt for days i contacted the owner and he offers 15$ off my next service , ok accidents happen i was willing to give them another try . I did a dip manicure and a gel pedicure totaling 145$ and i had two nails chip with two weeks! 12 days to be exact to me this is poor quality ! I was told it should last a month and I'm not hard on my nails i don't even use chemicals to clean my home . The owner offered to send Julie out to fix which she did then a week later another nail chipped just grocery shopping! I originally had another appt booked dec 30th so i contacted the owner once again about the chip he offered to move my appt up to today the 23rd to get a new set which id be paying for . Then i had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and the owner tells me i need to pay 40% of the services or i can never book again! That is absurd because not once was that mentioned to me when booking nor could i find it on the website ! Then the owner say he went above and beyond to make me happy that usually they only guarantee dip power for. A week! What a joke! To me that says you can't stand behind your service you are providing , nails salons guarantee gel longer than a week at a substantial lower price . I'm glad i didn't waste my money again to this company ! Poor customer service and poor quality service in general! read more

I was so excited for our family to once again use Essential Mobile Nails' services. I found booking the appointment to be very difficult. I found the staff to be rude, unprofessional as well as ageist against my poor 80-year-old mother - who we just wanted to have get a manicure and pedicure for her 81st birthday. It's really sad that this business is operating in such unprofessional ways. I requested a phone call because I worried that things were getting lost in translation and no one would call me nor would they answer the phone call I placed. I worry that the company may be breaking laws by treating customers so poorly and refusing to work on women of a certain age. I hope that our experience was just a one off and they don't treat their customers like this all the time. It's truly heartbreaking for our family. The sad thing is we had used their services once before just a couple of months ago and they didn't even care to have us as a return customer. So very disappointing. read more
