Awful! Despite having pre-paid for six microdermabrasion facials, the manager refused to let me book my appointments and said that he "didn't care" if I was able to use them all by the time the voucher for the appointments expired. The one treatment I managed to have was rushed and overpriced, I have had better treatments at my local beauty college. AVOID! Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

Below average treatment and VERY rude staff. I was given misleading information on the phone regarding a gift voucher I had received as a present from a friend, was then unable to book the appointments that my friend had already paid for! The appointment was around 15-20 minutes, not what you would expect from a facial which allegedly costs £40! Also, the therapist did not ask me if I was allergic to any products or do a skin test despite the fact that the reception staff told me that a skin test was required. read more

I had my nails done on 5 December 2015 and I was very disappointed. It was supposed to be a nailtiques manicure, which is a bit more than an ordinary shape and nail polish and I ended up me questioning whether the beautician had done cuticle removal before. Extremely upsetting also when she was painting the nails and left gaps avoiding to apply nail polish to the top end saving her to clean afterwards. I asked her politely if she could correct the gaps and pretended she was doing it with the second layer. I would never go back again. Unprofessional service under a friendly smile. I dont recommend at least the manicure treatment. read more
