Aside from massages, they do Reflexology, ear candling, hot stone massage and acupuncture. The staff are trained and are knowledgeable so if you let them know what sort of problems you are experiencing, they will definitely find something that will suit your needs. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and offered me an appointment at 10:30 which I gratefully accepted. The clinic itself is on the 6th floor but is easily accessed by an elevator. The reception and waiting area is very clean, bright and welcoming. I arrived early and was asked to take a seat whilst I filled out some information forms - naturally. I was seen exactly on time by a professional physiotherapist who gathered some information about my injury verbally and by examining me before he started. He was very professional, very engaging and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. I have booked a further session before I return home but would thoroughly recommend this clinic as the service and customer service was exemplary

(sad grimacing in pain face) Ooohh....ohhh...yesss!! You got me there! That's a hole in one! Haha! I'm loose and Happy! So, I'm guilty....I accidentally injured my back...as you can see from my stumbling entrance through your red door. Dr. Craig has seen me many times before so he knew how I did it too, and knew exactly how to fix it back all into place. Dr. Craig knows EXACTLY how to fix all your back, neck, joints and posture problems (everyone - this guy is fixes your back with the snap of his fingers, literally, I'm not even joking). Honestly, this is the most effective, quickest, and intelligent chiropractor I have ever met. It's been over 6 weeks since I last saw him and I'm still enjoying a much more flexible and injury-free back! The room always has the right temperature, comfortable, and you get a free smile, and a good laugh from both the receptionist and the chiropractor himself. Another thing I love about this place is that if you are running low on credit or cash, they can bill you for later. But make sure you can pay them when they post the delayed bill out to you, though. (Really? Only $29 for 5 minutes of treatment? Note: if you're willing to pay for it, it's cheaper for those that having private medical cover!) ...And they offer massages in the other rooms...maybe if they had one or two more new hot-looking massage therapists I would make this my new hobby! Dr. Craig is so cool to his regulars that we even talk about what we like to do outside of work, as I tell him all about my love for sports and injuring my back every few months....thus giving him a job to do...cause he's not complaining! I don't think I've met any other "allied health" clinic that makes me feel as comfortable and open as I do here. Ever since the day I first came here, I have made appointments here a regular thing. So, what are you waiting for? Get out of your computer chair, make a call, because your body needs it. I dare any nearby yelpers to recommend a better place for chiropractic treatment. If so, please let me know, as I suffer from frequent back injuries. Thanks :)

As well as chiropractic care he offers advice on exercises you can do at home to maintain your back. He is an expert on exercise and how to stay healthy. He's helped me a lot. Whilst the staff were lovely, I had always thought that I was a big supporter of alternative medicine but I failed to observe a significant difference in my health. I left post-testing with the bounty of very expensive herbal remedies they have you buy and all the good intentions in the world. When it comes down to it, the key is really to change your lifestyle and adhere to a high protein, wheat free, dairy free, caffeine free, booze free, fun free diet. I can't say I noticed any effects from the herbal remedies and despite being told I was mildly allergic to cashews, I continue to eat them with no discernable ill effects. Maybe I'm just a naughty kid but I did stick to the regime I was given for almost three months aside from the occasional coffee / wine slip up and I'm not convinced I'd bother with a naturopath again.

I was only there for 75 minutes, but I felt like I'd stepped off the merry-go-round for a few hours and was ready to face the world again...this time with refreshed skin. My therapist was a wonderful Japanese woman. I won't insult her by attempting to spell her name, but she was an absolute delight with the one goal of ensuring I left happy and satisfied. I must say, I have visited a number of times and never had an experience or therapist I haven't loved. Apart from the peaceful, beautifully decorated rooms one of my favourite things about this place is I never feel the need to make conversation. You can if you like and I do to a point, but they understand that you are there for some escapism and you can completely relax from the moment you enter until you float back out on a cloud an hour or two later. Pricing is all on their website. Look out for special monthly packages such as the Pure Luxury Treatment - $98 for 75 minutes. Janesce products are available in store or at National Pharmacies.
