Mrs Maura the teacher is very sweet and knows how to work with every hair type. Shaina the student that took care of me was super sweet. I commended her on the fact that all of her students introduced themselves to me by their first names. Thats a rarity downstairs. Unfortunately, the only blight every time is the receptionist Gina. She is unfriendly and disengaged ( not with her phone ) whereas Belinda ( Lindsey and Catherine, prior receptionists) is friendly, alert and totally engaged! Shout outs to Miss Lettie, Miss Sharon and Miss Jackie, too.

You wil be cancelled at the last minute! I never used her before and made A BIG MISTAKE booking thru booksy had to give a $24 deposit. Which at some point hopefully will get refunded. I needed the nails for an event for work tomorrow. And she had texted me 4 times asking different questions. I know it's standard to want to know why a potential client is coming in but you ask everything at once but it was many texts during the day and I even sent her pics not requested by her(very plain full set acrylics) but I had a feeling she was not wanting to do it because of all the inquiries. She should have cancelled earlier in the day. But she decided to wait until the last minute when I rearranged my work schedule and now it's too late to find anyone else! I'm really tired of no courtesy from businesses!! And money spent!!
