The teachers were not trained in any products, hands on training or demonstrations. One teacher just sat at her desk drinking coffee during the whole class everyday. The instructor named Bela is the most unprofessional individual I have ever seen teaching in my entire life, she is racist and is an embarrassment to VIP Beauty school.. She has made an example out of me on multiple occasions do to me being from Brazil causing me such an embarrassment in front of all the students, she only talked down on me, told the students I had the perfect example of HOW NOT TO DO THEIR NAILS and that I had an infection on my fingers . This is not acceptable. She is so rude not only to students but also to paying customers. I have spoken to the school director and was asked to give them a chance to fix it and so I did. Bela was normal for 1 day and went right back to her bizarre behavior. On Thursday March 30, after the instructor made several racial comments about "Brazilians" and told me that I do not know how to do anything then told me to do a pedicure. I asked her how can I do a pedicure when I dont know how to do anything?? She insisted that I did not know how to do anything but was still going to make me do the pedicure. This instructor has caused me to have a panic attack that very same day as I decided to walk out of the school. The owner has refunded me my money.. Since I've quit this school the Nail instructor still bad mouthing me... Avoid this place. Save yourself the trouble.
