She then got off of my back and pressed her elbows into my shoulders. She started to work on my arms and pulled them so hard I yanked them away from her. After 30 minutes of torture, I got off the table and questioned where she learned massage and asked to see her certification from the state of Florida. Of course, she spoke little English, and only told me she went to "school" at this spa. I got dressed and the receptionist asked me if I didn't like the pressure. I told her the girl had no skill nor technique, and , again asked to see her certificate, which no one seemed to be able to produce. Needless to say, I refused to pay. How can they get away with this, I have no idea. This was the second time I visited, the first time I was unhappy, but thought maybe I just got someone who was not experienced, and decided to give them another chance. What a waste of my time. Looking back, I should have insisted on taking the girl's name. I would have definitely reported them to the BBB.
