I feel 100% comfortable during her services and throughout the appointment. Her space is clean and well decorated. There are bathrooms that are clean and convenient. There is a large parking lot for parking. I leave each appointment satisfied with my results. If I were looking for a change from my regular style of lashing Madeline was easy to communicate with and open to feedback. Each time she fully met my expectations. I schedule appointments regularly every 2 weeks. I find that I still have significant retention at the 2 week mark and believe my lashes still look amazing. I prefer the regular fills d/t the cycle of eyelash growth. However, if needed to extend pass 2 weeks d/t personal scheduling issues I found the eyes lashes to continue to be satisfactory. Scheduling is easy and stress free. In the beginning, I booked my next appointment with Madeline at the end of my current appointment. I have always received advanced notice if her regular scheduling we're to alter. When I did my research about the lashes, I found out that most places only do the faux mink if you pay extra each time---Faux Mink is the only kind of lash that Mandy uses. She also uses the highest quality adhesive---which the other lash places have you pay extra for as well. PROFESSIONAL & EXPERIENCED: Mandy always gets back to me right away and during my first booking when I needed to reschedule a couple times she was extremely accommodating to my very busy and sporatic schedule. The first lash installment lasted over two hours and I thought I would be bored out of my mind, but Mandy kept up conversation, had great music going on, and the room was perfectly warm so you don't get cold from lying still for a long time.
