On a road trip from Colorado through Texas and trying to find a great cup of coffee, yelp reviews…read moresaid this place was a gem and they were right. There were several other coffee options on our route but I'm glad to have held out for this spot. It delivered on a delicious brown sugar almond milk latte, and I even left with a merch purchase because this milk glass cup was too good to pass up. Mason was awesome and friendly, this will definitely be a favorite stop of ours next time we pass through.

The Only Game in Town…read more It's bizarre to find a singular Starbucks, but that's what you have in Wichita Falls, TX. It's the only game in town! I have to say, the folks here do a wonderful job. The line is usually longer than a giant rubber band snake. I've never seen one of those, but it sounds like it would be really long to me. At any rate, I was amazed by the high level of service, inside the store and at the drive-thru. I noticed they keep the dark roast available later than most other Starbucks stores. That's a big plus in my book. Great store!

I purchased a coffee, toasted bagel with cream cheese, ham and cheese croissant and a bottle of water. The coffee and water were fine. No issues. However my daughter's bagel came in a bag that had sticky chunks of something red on the outside. I asked the attendant to remove it or change out the bag. She walked it over to the trash can and flicked off the red stuff and handed it back. I approached her again and asked what it was and she responded "it was just strawberry". So be warned - if you have a strawberry allergy (or any allergy) this place doesn't appear to practice good food handling to reduce cross contamination. The bagel we had asked to be toasted was lukewarm at best. It was not toasted. Additionally, it was not fresh and tasted store bought. My daughter didn't even finish it. The croissant sandwich I ordered came out greasy and flat. The cheese appeared to be a processed liquid-cheese. I do not feel it was worth what I paid for it. I expected a nicer experience. I'm disappointed I tipped in advance. They had an extensive beverage selection so perhaps that is their main focus. However, I would not return to this establishment.
