A nice little children's zoo…read more The elephant ride is definitely the highlight. Children cannot go on the ride without adults. The ride is 2Fr per person regardless of age. I don't recommend children under 2 for his ride. The adult elephants are very high, could get a little scary for the smaller kids. The camel rides have a age limit of 3. The elephant feeding is fun too. The zoo provides chopped apples that you can hand to the elephant. They take them out of your hand with their trunk and eat it...so cool! The nicest part of the zoo is the giraffe stand. Where you can walk to the top and be face to face with the giraffes inches away and watch them feed out of a box. They are docile and friendly animals, real gentle giants. The zoo not big so walkable without a stroller. Kids under 4 are free.

It's a beautiful rose garden where they have row and rows of amazing roses of all colors. If you love flowers, I recommend taking a walk off the beaten path and checking this small, but friendly, garden out.

Missing floor tiles (my son cut his foot - getting help = impossible), moldy ceilings, smelly locker rooms etc. And on top of all that, you will get ripped off every step of the way. The food options are a joke - the prices are not. Not only would I not recommend Alpamare - I feel like people need to be warned. Don't waste your money here. It's a complete rip off.
