I had to call and get AI to service me before a human got on the call, and was worse than the AI because no progress made during the phone call. Later on down the line I get an email and the refunded amount is less than the purchase price before taxes. I talked to the online chat robot and the breakdown is that they charged me $9.99 for a shipping label fee and $5.93 tax. I don't understand what they mean when stating that the refund was processed after the return had expired. When I got the email with the return label it had a December date to get the item returned by. And the email never mentioned charging me for the return label when they emailed the return label to me. So they're charging me tax for a return label and this is all digital until I printed it out. This is crazy and skamish! They made it seem like things would be seamless but this is a complete rip off if you need to return. My nephew didn't like the replica Jersey so I was going to purchase the official jersey but not from fanatics. Not anymore! Their return policy has stopped me from making any purchases in the future.
