Although crowd-y (given the quality of the service you receive, you can't expect anything else) it never affected the service I received, my hairdressers are always very attentive and prompt to give precious advice, they are on the top of their game. Also, I had a glimpse at the work they have been doing on a few clients in the Make-up department and they totally nailed it (I will have to experience it myself in the near future!) I strongly recommend this place to anyone tired of wasting money on average beauty salon services.

Let's keep in mind that this is a bran new business. When I took my appointment it was only a…read morecouple of days that they had opened. They were a bit disorganized. The receptionist had no idea I had an appointment (that was taken with the owner). The masseuse was a super young girl who if I am not mistaken was recently out of school but she definitely knew her stuff. Really sweet. The part that turned me off was all the speaking. I usually go for a massage to unwind and not think for about an hour. I want to float away. My masseuse would (too often) ask me if the pressure was ok which at first is fine however by time number 7, I was starting to get fed up. Usually you have a couple of minutes to yourself after the massage in order to wake up a bit and get dressed. This was not the case. I was told to get up almost immediately after my massage so she can show me how to stretch...... keep in mind the NO CLOTHES. Parts of my body were flapping about that should not have been. She was extremely sweet but just the way everything fell into place, I wouldn't go back.
