The wait time wasn't terribly long. In fact it was pretty average for rush time. The crew member taking our order was so sweet and bubbly, she was patient with us and helped us navigate through the menu as well. I was very much satisfied with the service we received. At the window the crew members and brewistas were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never once had an issue with their service or standards! We even got a handful of stickers :) We went back the next day to get our coffee to stay up for New Years and the big lines had all died down so we ordered at the window. The music is chill and not too loud and they have some picnic table style benches to wait for your drink.
