As a loyal customer of just a year, my recent visit to Escape was incredibly disappointing. Despite specifically booking a treatment with Sarah, I was surprised to find that a junior staff member was tasked with performing the service. The treatment I received deviated significantly from what I had during the past visits and what is advertised. Crucial steps, such as the application of gel, were omitted, resulting in my skin being left painfully sore and inflamed as never before. They didn't offer anything to cope with the pain and soreness after the treatment.
The lack of accountability from the salon was truly disheartening. Despite raising my concerns, they dismissed my factual observations and only offered a full refund to then pay half of it, as per my statement. Furthermore, they failed to extend a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, I had a massage appointment pre-booked and paid the deposit for, only to have it canceled quoting that I have expressed dissatisfaction before this incident is unfounded, as I wouldn't have continued booking treatments if that were the case.
Overall, the unprofessional conduct and disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited have left me deeply disappointed. read more
