GP diagnosis was different from Dr Zhu's diagnosis and proceeded to treat with different treatment. 1st session of acupuncture was at least 75% less pain on leaving the surgery and stopped all the strong pain relief and this has eased further over the last few weeks. Only had about 5% residual pain in the evenings and light analgesic medication. 2nd session after 3 weeks and I can clench my hand again and no tender places on the hand either. Highly recommended.

I visited Dr Zhu's clinic mainly because I had a stomach virus that needed immediate attention, but also to have him examine a recurring pain in my back. Before going to Dr Zhu for treatment I visited my GP with the stomach complaint, the GP was unsure what was exactly wrong with me, but he thought it was perhaps either a bacterial or viral infection. However, the medication he prescribed agitated my stomach and put me through greater pain. A friend suggested I visit Dr Zhu's traditional Chinese medical centre as they had a positive experience in the past. Dr Zhu was able to ease the pain I was feeling in my stomach almost immediately using a combination of Chinese herbal medication and acupuncture. The pain in my lower back was the result of an old work acquired injury from several years ago; the pain gives me difficulty sleeping at night. After the Dr gave me a treatment of acupuncture, cupping, massage and osteopathy; the muscle on my lower back wasn't as tense and I was able to sleep the whole night. I will definitely be going back to Dr Zhu's clinic for follow up treatment. In the future I will go to Dr Zhu for a consultation for general health advice.

I have always been dubious about visiting these places as others I have visited have made me feel quite intimidated - but not here. The staff are welcoming and will accomodate all of your requests. I had a full leg wax, a manicure and pedicure and even hired one of the therapists (Zoe) to do mine and my mums makeup for my wedding day (which looked great!). I was so impressed with the service that I recommended this place to a lot of my friends who also booked treatments. The prices are reasonable and they offer a variety of treatments. I had the IPL treatment and it was fantastic with great after care by the team at White Post. Definitely worth a visit for a nice relaxing day out. They also offer men's packages too!

They had messed up the time of our booking but they still went out of their way to accommodate us. The prices are pretty much the same as every similar business in the area and are affordable. It's also all listed on their website which is very helpful. I enjoyed it so much that my boyfriend bought me vouchers for Christmas so I'm looking forward to going back!

Despite being a tad on the nervous side, who wouldn't be getting there bits out to an effective stranger, i was at ease. Hayley is very pleasant to talk to and have a laugh with whilst she professionally removes unwanted hair. Its only been an hour or so since having it done but i am already looking at my diary for when i can book in again (around 4-5 weeks time). Believe me any embarrassment has now gone and I'm assured that if I keep up with it then it will be easier, quicker and slightly less painful (Hayley didn't mind my swearing). I will add tge pain is no reflection on Hayley, but it was my first time and my hair down there wasn't as trimmed as it could have been. Can't rate HRM enough!!
