Once my hair was washed and dried, my hair was nothing like I asked me! It was so red and nothing why I wanted. Not only was the color wrong, but by that weekend, all the color was washed out! I'm back to my original color! I'm giving this place 2 stars just based on the location itself. It's a beautiful salon with very friendly people. Just for $180 for just hair coloring (no cut was done) to just have it not stay after 1 wash 3 days later. Needless to say, it was a waste of money and I'll be going somewhere else for my hair. **Update** It's 8/17 and I haven't heard anything back from them. Very disappointed...
