The final time I took my dogs one was so nervous and both of them had been cut appallingly. In fact I could have done a better job myself and if you could see how I can cut you will know that it really must have been poor! If you would have asked me over a year ago my feedback would have been complimentary, but perhaps good service is only offered to new customs, either that or complacency has developed. Either way, my dogs will not be going back there and my advice to you would be to avoid going too...

The hairdresser was lovely, the salon really nice, the coffee really good (and free) and the haircut is still getting compliments two months after it was done. I paid £55 for my cut and blow dry but it was totally worth it. Oh - tips can't go on your credit card bill so they need to be paid in cash. FYI.

It's very modern with a good team of young people who really love the work they do. They are an average price & the quality is well worth the money. It's a true case of you get what you pay for. The only problem I have had is the parking. There is parking available but it is often very busy & it can be difficult to find a space. They do some late night opening which is good if you can't get there during the day. They do get booked up so you have to make an apppointment but it's worth the wait. They offer lots of beauty treatments such as waxing, manicures, pedicures & massages & a variety of other things to. Great if you want a nice pampering & a break to indulge yourself & be made to feel special.

I go quite often to get my spray on tan and the colour is excellent,and lasts up to 10-14 days and you can go back to top it up.The prices are really good and the service is brilliant. All the staff are really lovely,and are good to along with,very chatty and very welcoming.
