In the first…read moregame (Antidote) our game master Tayah was super nice and helpful with clues we had a super fun time and we were pumped to come back. For our second game (Arizona Shootout) we used two of our clues and thought we received a freebie (our game master Thomas put a clue on the screen without us pressing the button to ask for a clue) but then he deducted a clue from our total anyways. Then, we got stuck in the second room and we're given a clue "you have all the numbers you need to find the breweries on the map" each brewery was on a numbered block in a numbered zone leading to the door code. We had a slip of numbers we found leading us to the correct block where the breweries were supposed to be. The problem was all the breweries on the map had common names (ex 'city hall'). We spent 20 minutes looking for breweries, pubs, and bars on the map). What we were supposed to do was match the beer bottles littered throughout the room to the with the numbered block to get the numbered zone leading to the door code. The thing is, its less the frustration with not solving the room and not being able to use our clues when we wanted, because the clues we didn't ask for weren't clues we desperately needed or wanted. Lastly when we called and asked about the last clue we received and asked if we were given the correct clue Mona(nicest woman ever) offered us a free room because she said how the clue we got could have easily been misleading. However upon arrival Thomas(the game master from the game we complained about) was at the desk, and tried to charge us for another room. He told us he would talk to Mona, but then said she was busy. We ended up leaving. Go here, but don't have Thomas as your game master.

Took our teenage grandkids (we were a party of 5). Arrived early from Bozeman; our host Dan greeted…read moreus and graciously allowed us to start early. We chose The Budapest Express room, Dan gave thorough and encouraging instructions. Our game master Norbert kept us under his watchful eye and responded quickly when we needed a hint. This was challenging and a great way to enteract with the kids as a team. We moved thru the 3 "rooms" by the 60th minute! This was not easy but fun, all in all a great experience and worth the drive to Butte.
