I wasn't sure what I was expecting but I was very impressed with how clean and new everything looked. They have a LOT in a small space - 2 axe throwing lanes, 4 duck pin bowling lanes, arcade games (mostly claw games, a basketball game, VR, & motorcycle game), an escape room, and a bar. We were the first guests so it was nice to have the place to ourselves. Bowling was fun but it's pretty tight around the lanes - 3 tables set up near them, our group took up the whole space. We were disappointed to see the bar not open, so we had to walk to the bar on the other side of the lobby to get drinks. Since it really isn't an arcade that you can play games and win prizes or tickets, it was a disappointing for our little kids. Especially since there are a lot of claw games and they are hard to win - only 1 out of 8 kids won a prize (and all the adults were trying, too). It's a small space, so when it starts getting busy - it's cramped. Also, I would say it's pretty pricey. Lane rental was expensive for 1 hour, I notice how $$ the axe throwing was, too. Arcade credits are $$, too. We spent $50 within 30 min btw two kids. Not a bad place to check out with kids in the winter to get a break from the cold.

He didn't care if I did, but he had no clue on how I would make that or drinks happen. Basically said it was up to me to make it happen and walk down to the restaurant in the hotel if I wanted anything. It would have been nice if he could have called it in for me and had them bring it over to the Den. Kids get bored very quick. The bowling is just ok. You play 5 frame games, and it's like candle stick bowling. The pins are on strings. They do have ax throwing, that's fun. They didn't really suggest how to play or keep score, but it's still fun throwing an ax. All it all it's and ok place but they could improve it with some more care/attention/customer service.

We had two groups - 4 people did the Mad Hatter's Asylum and 6 did the easier Medieval Mayhem. The puzzles were clever and challenging. The props were nicely themed. This experience is well thought out and more upscale than others we've been to. We all had a fun time. Our set of 4 escaped in 56 minutes, the set of 6 people did not solve their escape route in time and heck, may still be in there! If you like to solve puzzles, Know Way Out is 60 minutes of testing your wits. $24-$27 pp.

It's clear that this couple makes the rooms themselves as the overall production qaulity lower as you'd expect as a lot of the rooms are hand made. However, the quality of the puzzels are high. We did the two person, closed quarters submarine room as a date and loved it. We were not that good, the the game masters were great about giving us hints along the way to keep us engaged. They were so enthusiastic and generous with us as they let us share in the games they've created. After our game we had a chance to hear about other strategies and tactics other teams had taken. What a fun way to spend time together and work on our communication and teamwork skills as well.
