I would say bring your own tupperware for the end of the trip to take your food home in that you bought from Mountain Man Meat Market. There was a large hot tub and outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating on the deck as well. Washer and dryer and it was very clean on check in. We will definitely try to reserve this cabin again this Fall. Absolutely recommend. We bought all of our steaks and brats from Mountain Man Meat Market. The quality was top notch. They also sold great wines and lots of snacks.

After we returned home, I realized I had accidentally left my BBQ tools at the cabin. I contacted Bravo Cabin Rentals, and because the cabin was occupied by new guests, they couldn't retrieve them right away. I sent Linsey photos of the tools, and she assured me they would ship them back as soon as they had access to the cabin. What disappointed me was the lack of communication about the cost. I wasn't the person who made the reservation, so I hadn't read the rental agreement. To be fair, their website and contract do include a $20 lost-and-found handling fee. However, after three or four phone calls and five or six emails with Linsey, she never once mentioned that I would be charged a $20 fee in addition to the shipping cost. When I questioned the charge, I was simply told I should have read the contract. The actual postage to return my BBQ tools was $11.65, yet I was charged a total of $37.43. I could have bought new tools with free shipping much cheaper than them helping me. The cabin was excellent, but the customer service after our stay left a lot to be desired. A simple heads-up about the additional fee would have avoided the frustration. **Buyer beware:** All renters need to read the rental agreement carefully. Don't assume fees will be explained to you, even if you're communicating directly with the staff. Based on my experience, every service comes with a charge, and it's up to you to discover those fees in the contract.

Immediate panic set in after a sleepless night of our tire blowing out on our boat trailer, hitting a deer, on the way and now this. So I called Adam the next morning and he got here within minutes. Although we weren't sure about the situation and very hopeless he was very genuine and wanted to help in any way he could. After checking the lines with cameras, a hot few hours in the sun, excavating the septic tank, removing the lid, fishing for keys which seemed like a needle in a haystack, and an attempt to pump it, we had given up. Although this type of fishing is not what we were expecting on our four hour trip away from home, we were finally able to pull the keys out thanks to Adam. A few tears were shed and he genuinely was willing to take less payment then what he deserved. And to think he did this all on the morning of his sons birthday. We are now able to enjoy the rest of our trip and make it back home to the city. Words don't express how grateful we are for Adam and Warren plumbing. Couldn't recommend him more.
