To the previous reviewer, it says on their website how much of a lead time they need to hand-make your product, QA it, then get it mailed out to you. Maybe you missed that? The shade I ordered from Gothic Arch has been perfect, but then last year, my shade was damaged slightly due to some burn damage (I have no idea how it happened as I discovered it the next morning). I emailed Gothic Arch asking if they could sell me a 2 x 2 piece of Aluminet so I can patch the hole, but instead, they were more than happy to send me a sample piece that size to make my repairs!!!
