This Caldereta is simply a soup of lobster, tasty but a bit messy as you need to remove the inner meat, so be prepared for some fight against the "animal". The soup was ok but a bit pricy as the menu is 40€ per person. If you don't like this type of food it might be worth for you to try a different Spanish dish. When the food arrived seemed OK, but when tasted it honestly the food was horendous. The Spanish omelette tasted like it has been cooked long time ago. The ham croquettes were undercooked. The baby squid was dry and served without any sauce next to it. Then we did order a cheese plate of local cheese and what arrived was a plate with 3 big cheese slices without any garnish next to it and for what they served was very expensive I would say. Also the meatballs were not warm when served. Since there were no garnishes served with the food I decided to order a tomato salad. When the order arrived it was only tomatoe slices with herbs on and the tomatoes in the centre were extremelly hard so that you had to remove one third of it in order to attempt to eat it. The final thing that made us leave without even eating 1/3 of the "extremelly amazing" meal were the huge cockroaches that were walking under the tables. Me and my friends thought if there is an infestation problem outside imagine what would have been happening inside the kitchen that there is food around.
