That pork was divine, and we all agreed it was the star of the night. Our friendly server also recommended two different wines - a white from the area and a red. Both were great and perfect pairings with our meal. We ended with dessert which was torrejas and a homemade strawberry ice cream. I loved them both. The paella was wonderful. Delicious flavors. Takes 30 minutes so place that order as soon as you arrive. We shared several tapas which where large enough for 4 to taste. My favorite was the figs wrapped in bacon. Only downside was you can't see the water from this spot, but food was great.
