My first booking was the tour Pamukkale from Pamukkale and finally I booked four other (Red and Green tour in Cappadocia, Hot Air Balloon tour in Pamukkale and Ephesus from Izmir), sometimes trough Moonstar services (in Pamukkale), others trough their partners. Everything was verbal arrangement, through WhatsApp, without any payment in advance. All previous agreements were respected. My summary: reliability, high professionalism and excellent customer service (both the guides and operational staff). Special acknowledgment to my contact before to be in Turkey: Asma, the friendly woman who was always willing to assist to make more pleasant my stay in Turkey. After she had passed the border,the free tax area, the Driver who was only supposed to take her to the airport had one of the border officers translate for him that" he wants my fiance to go back in and get him bottle of Jack Daniels and a pack of cigarettes"without even handing her money. l mean money is not the issue there. The issue is This driver who is representing Karia Travel Agency is coming up to my Fiance and forcing her to do such thing.
