No wifi in the rooms, which was extremely annoying, not the type of hotel for someone on a business trip. Food; great food, but a very bland selection. Breakfast ended very early and wasn't nice at all, but the separate breakfast menu had a good selection. Bar; all of the spirits were watered down, when I switched to bottled beer it made all the difference. Extras; very big pool, suits both children and adults. The pool entertainment during the day was very good, all of the kids seemed to be enjoying it. Aqua aerobics and yoga was available every day too. Evening entertainment was nice, although not spectacular. Shops are available in the hotel to buy clothes, towels and food, and the spa was lovely, particularly the Turkish Bath. Service; waiters were very attentive and friendly, as was reception. I found the bell boys slightly rude and the night bar manager was a pervert. I made it very clear that I was uninterested and underage yet he continued to touch me inappropriately and call me names that made me feel uncomfortable. He also asked me to go out to the terrace area which is pitch dark at night, and this was at 3 or 4 AM. I would like to give a personal thanks to one waiter in particular, Ahmed, who was very friendly to me and my mother and helped us with any queries we had about the area. Overall the experience was average, but the night bar manager completely ruined the holiday for me as I felt so uncomfortable I didn't want to leave my room.
