Later that evening, he even sent photos confirming my car was safely delivered to Integrated Automotive Service. Integrated Automotive received the vehicle exactly as promised, parked neatly and handled with care. What could have been a stressful night turned into an experience defined by kindness and true customer service. Well I told he to put a new battery in the car and we will see who is right so he did and the car started right up for me and when he put the tester on the car the alternator was good. This guy's need to be retraind and know how to fix an easy problem.

Saturday morning 815 am, I received a call informing me they do not service Mercedes. This was not a problem. I figured the tow truck operator was only trying to help and did not know they could not fix my car. The guys I the shop offered a couple of places that could do the work on Monday. All in all I appreciated that they were honest about not doing the work. The tow truck operator had good customer service and made me feel at ease while on the side of the highway broke down with two kids. The next day, I towed to another repair shop and the office staff was wonderful, an older gentleman and the younger gentleman dispatcher. My second tow driver was as nice and competent as the first. I would recommend the shop based on the character of the folks I dealt with in my limited experience.

I called late one evening after I called my roadside assistance twice and they never showed up. An officer suggested i call Fast Lane. This company was there within 30 minutes and as my car was on its way as the other company showed up. They were professional and treated my car well and the driver was very pleasant. The price was fair, for being a towing company their trucks were clean inside and out (I didn't mind riding in it) and I had a nice conversation with the driver which was nice. So even though I was in a bad mood, the experience was pleasant. I took the bill and turned it into my roadside company, they reimbursed me for most of it.
