Out of respect for the good doctor, I give him a three, because while he is AWESOME, GENTLE, NICE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, I'm not sure if it's worth dealing with the lady at the front ever again. She interrupts you constantly, hedges around questions, and the very worst: She will give you a noncommittal 'WHATEVER' if you express concern with the way she is speaking to you. If Dr. Kumpf is smart he'll fire her butt and get a nice receptionist in to handle the customers.
