Scott is very professional, reliable, respectful of my home, and left everything neat and tidy when the job was finished. The team also did other projects for us that had been accumulating over time. Everything looks brand new. Also the kitchen cabinets were painted along with the kitchen walls and a new light fixture was added to replace the old one. The cabinets are beautiful and it looks like i had new cabinets installed. Scott assisted me with color selection prior to painting and recommended low VOC paint because we have a beloved pet parrot. Considering the quantity and the quality of the work completed, i was very pleased with the price we paid. If you need any dry wall, painting or other home improvements or repairs, look no further. I know you will be as pleased as i am and i am hard to please. They also cleaned up after themselves and took away all the stuff used in our home project. The work was done in a timely manner.

We just had the pleasure of meeting Brock, of Professionality Painting. We recently purchased a…read morehome and were in need of a good painter. Brock was recommended to us, and we are so glad we chose him to do the job! From the first face to face meeting for the estimate to the day of the work being done, with numerous texts in between, Brock was always very personable and easy to talk with. We hired him and his team to do some full room painting and 2 large areas to cut in for us. We were feeling very overwhelmed with all the other work we had to do in a short time frame, and Brock clearly saw that, because when I came back a couple hours later to bring more things to the new house....not only did he do the areas we hired him to do, but he also went above and way beyond...and fully painted the areas we had asked him to only cut in for us. Wow! What an amazing surprise and a huge relief for my fiancé too, as the list he had to get things done at the house was long...and this unexpected act of kindness from Brock and his helper Jay....made us both emotional. You just do not come across many professionals anymore, who would do more then they were hired to do. They did a great job, and the house looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Professionality Painters to anyone looking for quality work......and quality customer service. We will surely use them again when the time comes for more painting to be done.

Here's why you should not use this company: 1- He…read moreovercharges. I paid $650 for staining the deck and Sharp Stream Power and Washing quoted $500. I'd already given the job to Gifford so I honored it. I should have known that if he were available immediately, it was a bad sign. 2- Not trustworthy. I contracted him for the job remotely and he said that he has 40+ years of experience and would be on-site. He said that he runs his own business and to trust him. The interior painter who also runs her own business and WAS on site said that he dropped off 2 guys in his truck and drove off. 3- Didn't finish the job. When I went up the day before listing the property, I noticed 1- his guys didn't paint behind the stairs. 2- There was a piece of lattice that had fallen off, gotten muddy and his guys JUST PAINTED OVER THE MUD and left it on the ground. His response was "It was like that before we started as well. We stained it propped up" Really? His guys don't think they should prep a sruface before painting it and just hammer one lattice in? I had someone I trusted there doing other work so I paid that guy $100 to correct these things and repaint the bench and deck finials which also didn't look great. I sent pictures to Gifford asking him for reimbursement (not even $100 but what he thought was fair). He didn't respond. 4-Unprofessional. Before he started the work, he mistakenly sent me a text meant for his buddy about "Coatesville women" - you can read between the lines. I should have known then.
