Prize-winning bakery with charm…read more This lovely little award winning bakery is sitting inside the Erindale Shopping Centre serving up delicious cakes, pastries and other scrumptious surprises. what a wonderful place to pick up a breakfast treat, or lunch treat, .. or dinner treat. Or cookies for your monsters.

Absolutely hopeless. I ordered a cake for my daughters 21st birthday and what they produced looked…read morenothing like what I ordered. Worse, when I went to pick it up a child, with no customer service skills, who as the only person in the bakery at the time, was completely unhelpful and rude. The person I needed to speak to only works weekdays and in the mornings and it was a Saturday so, too bad for me! On Sunday I sent the bakery an email. I got no response. 4 days after this incident another child called me to tell me I had forgotten to pick the cake I ordered. I told her she was mistaken and explained what happened, she responded with, oh, have a nice day and hung up. I sent a second email after this as I was so irritated by the lack of response and the accusation I had forgotten the cake I ordered. I got no response to this. One week and 4 days after the day I went to get the cake, I received an email asking for my phone number as another person wanted to call to apologise. I refused on the basis it was too little too late and they had my contact details, they were included in the original order form, so I figured they were simply making excuses and demonstrating more poor customer service. I posted publicly on facebook my experience, their response was to block me and remove my public post! A shameful place. Interestingly on my public post random people added their own experiences all of which were just as poor. One poor mother had ordered two cakes for her 12 yr olds b'day and neither had even been made when she went to collect them! So, if you have money and time to waste by all means this is your place, if not then go anywhere else!!
