Worst cupcakes I've ever had! They were all stale and disgusting. I've heard many other have had this experience too. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Completely horrible!!! read more

I am so happy that I ordered through cupcake confederacy!! They were fantastically kind, responsive and accommodating. I live abroad but ordered cupcakes to be delivered in Canberra for a birthday. This team helped make the birthday special even though I was remote by including a card and decorating the boxes. Additionally, their delivery was super punctual. I would definitely recommend this bakery - service was wonderful! read more

I've ordered three birthday cakes and two lots of cupcakes through Cupcake Confederacy and all of my experiences with this business have been positive. All the products were delicious and I found the service excellent. I particularly appreciated how helpful and responsive they were with my orders. They were punctual with delivery and very flexible - they delivered the cupcakes to my workplace and (multiple times) were happy to deliver my various birthday cakes at 5pm to my house so the cake could go straight in the fridge. They are great value - no hidden costs and delivery was included in the price. A terrific local business that should be supported!! read more
