I appreciated the care I received in the beginning and even recommended this practice to others. Over time, especially after the expansion, things changed. I started feeling like my concerns weren't being heard, and communication became more difficult. A newer dentist prescribed the wrong medication for me multiple times, and unfortunately I became sick. There was no follow-up or apology, and I had to come into the office myself to get the corrected prescription. I also sometimes felt uncomfortable speaking up about issues with my partial and there were a couple of visits where procedures were handled by staff still learning, which added a lot of time and uncertainty. I do want to acknowledge the talent and kindness that still exists here, but I no longer felt fully cared for. I've now moved on to a dentist where I feel listened to and supported.
