All I asked for is for her to check the balance on my gift card apparently I didn't go thru the line correctly there was one customer waiting at the time with product to purchase and I assumed they could use a self checkout since I can't use that to check balance on a gift card I went to a register by the time I got to Loretta she told me with an attitude I needed to wait in line and at that point there were multiple people in line waiting. Next time I'll go to another location since she could have been nicer.

When it came time for my piece to be ready, I was told it would be almost TWICE the cost. Kay in framing was not helpful at all. I chose Hobby Lobby over a different place due to its cost effectiveness. I could have received a higher quality frame at the price I paid. Very upset. Do not custom frame here unless you want to be scammed.
